MCE:AC ELBAITE TOURMALINE with CLEAVELANDITE
Stak Nala, Haramosh Mountains, Pakistan
1 1/4" W x 3/4" L x 1 1/8" T (toenail). Two elbaite tourmaline crystals in group with albite. Largest tourmaline is 1" T. Tourmaline has dark black green core with light apple green caps (flat terminations) surrounded in light pink. Small cleavelandite (albite) rosette attached to smaller tourmaline. Nice specimen of combination of two minerals. Locality is intermittent and unreliable.
