Spring Is Around The Corner

We are home from Tucson!

We wanted to take this time to thank all of our wonderful friends and clients who visited us at our three locations in Tucson.

Thankfully we had a steady show and I received a lot of hugs and well wishes for a quick recovery. 🙂

So what’s next?

For the next couple of weeks I will be finishing some client orders and also working on some more custom pieces for the website. Dad, Tim, and Mom will be working on more inventory to be added and posted on the website. One of our goals for this year is to make our company more accessible to those who cannot visit us at our shows. In addition, we are adding multiple categories fitting various price ranges.

Show update!

We will be displaying at three shows in April 2017.

Our first show is the 56th Annual Ft. Collins Gem and Mineral Show on March 31, April 1 and 2, 2017 (Friday, 4-8 p.m.; Saturday, 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.; and Sunday, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.) at The Ranch/Larimer County Fairgrounds in the Thomas M. McKee Building, Loveland, Colorado. Parking is free for this event, entry is collected to support the Ft. Collins Rockhound Club.

Next you can find us in Denver at the Rocky Mountain Gem and Mineral Spring Show on April 14, 15 and 16, 2017 (Friday, 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.; Saturday, 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.; and Sunday, 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.) at the Crown Plaza Hotel 15500 E. 40th Ave. Denver, Colorado 80239. Parking and entry is free.

Finally, we will be heading to Texas for our last show before we start mining! The Texas Fine Mineral Show will be April 28, 29 and 30, 2017 (Friday, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.; Saturday, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.; and Sunday, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m) at the Holiday Inn & Suites Shenandoah-The Woodlands, 19333 David Memorial Drive, Shenandoah, TX 77385. Parking and entry is free.

We hope to see some of you at our upcoming shows and we are looking forward to expanding our business online. Stay tuned for our updates on club and public digging dates. All will be posted in late March 2017 on the website.

Blessings,

Krystle

    • Hi Brett, head to the “VISIT THE CLAIMS” tab under “MINING” and all of our dates are listed at the bottom of the information page for topaz and amazonite. Hope to see you this summer!

    • Marilee, We sure will! We are at two shows and I will post the dates on our events page! Thanks and hope you can stop by and visit us.

  3. I am a digger at heart, have been all my life. I will be in the area diggin at your neighbors claim (GQ) in July. Does your family still do paid digs at the Topaz Mountain mine?

      • Thank you for getting back to me. I wish I could make that date, but won’t be up there until the 12th with a grop from Salt Lake City. Are there any plans for an open dig later this year?

  4. Hi, my family and I are big fans of Prospectors and are visiting Colorado Springs on July 7-12 . My 2 daughters were wondering if there is any way to visit and mine minerals with your family for a half day or so? We are all mineral hounds and would love the experience.

    • Hi Rich,
We have two dates for open visitors when you are in town! The dates are July 7 for Amazonite and July 8 for Topaz. Send me an email: info@pinnacle5minerals.com and let me know if one or both of those dates work for you and your family 🙂 Best-Krystle

  5. Tried to get into the dates for digs this summer but nothing came up. Are we too late to sign up for any? Thanks
